When I made the decision to start a candle business I knew nothing. I didn't know what I would need or where to even begin. This set me on a search for information that would help me get started. I tapped into every resource I could find through books, YouTube and candle groups, places that could hopefully teach me what I needed to know to get started. While I did find useful information in these places, and have used that knowledge as I've grown, it was the very beginning point, the "I don't know one single thing" point, that I found difficult to find. I persevered, and I stumbled along, wasting time and money trying to understand and learn. I don't want that to happen to you and that's why I decided to write about my experience, complete with mistakes, so you would have the chance to learn the basics necessary as you begin your new business.
