Talisman Desktop — программа-оболочка, позволяющая создавать новые интерфейсы рабочего стола Windows. С помощью этого инструмента вы сможете создать свой собственный интерфейс с самого начала, либо воспользоваться сотнями готовых тем, доступных в интернете.
